founder member of Ditlou Solutions CC. and a board member of Africa Board for Coaching, Consulting and Coaching Psychology – ABCCCP.
He has worked in various roles including as management consultant, internal organisation development consultant for a major bank, and as lecturer on academic programmes for junior employees to executive management.
He also lectures on academic programmes at Diploma and Masters Levels and consults to international conferences in Organisation Development.
He has consulted across different sectors and industries including: Municipalities, Provincial Government, National Government, State Enterprises, Funding Institutions, Research Institutions, Sector Education & Training Authorities, and Telecommunications

Enias has been involved in management and organisation development consulting for eleven years, some of which he worked in Ditlou Solutions firm as Principal Consultant. He has led and participated as team member in strategy, business and human performance management, business processes improvement and organisational restructuring projects. He has also designed and facilitated interventions including those aimed at improving relations amongst diverse people, help people deal with change, develop teams, deal with conflict relations, improve motivational levels, grow personal mastery and self-management, and develop leadership and personal authority. He has coached at various levels, including entrepreneurs, corporate executives and youth.
MONGEZI C. MAKHALIMA

Dr. Mongezi Makhalima is an organisation development specialist, organisational learning expert & accredited master coach with over 20 years Experience in corporate and NGO's focusing on Human resources, talent management and change management. He is a Programme Director of the Postgraduate Programme in Coaching Psychology at the Pretoria Centre for Work-Based Learning and also chairman of the Africa Board for Coaching, Consulting & Coaching Psychology (ABCCCP). He will share practices based on years of academic and practical work in coaching, teaching coaches and supervising coaching practitioners on the continent.
EMANNUEL SEKOKOTLA

Emanuel is a Head of Programmes at Africa Centre for Work Based Learning. He asserts extensive experience in school leadership and development of teacher training material. He has led as an Instructional Leader and Principal at independent schools where he was involved in professional development of teachers and school turnaround strategies. He is a graduate of University of Stellenbosch School Leadership Programme, an affiliate coach and member of ABCCCP. Emanuel is also Founder of Further Education and Empowerment Development, a movement that prepares rural schools matric learners to tertiary education through seminars and mentorship.
